The venue is fairly clean, and the employees are amicable and knowledgeable. the room is new-fashioned with a nice bed. - I appreciated the smoke detectors for safety measures. - the location is convenient in a pretty quiet area, near La Mauricie National Park and not far from Shawinigan.

Truly enjoyed Shawinigan. the hotel was perfect and convenient to the Mauricie park. - the location was marvelous - close enough to the town center. - It was a 10-minute drive to Auberge Grand'mere.

Spacious renovated rooms with a great shower and well-equipped with a microwave and fridge. Friendly and professional staff who were always available and provided excellent customer service. the hotel was conveniently located near downtown and close to the beautiful Parc national de la Mauricie.

Some minor issues included a broken coffee machine and a few faulty TVs. the beds were a bit too firm for my liking.
